Three things. First, it is a private club of dealmakers whose applications are reviewed and professionals where you can make and receive warm introductions. Second, every introduction triggers a short introducer agreement before the introduction is made - so the fee, the trigger event, and the exclusivity period are all on the record. Third, the fee ledger tracks every introducer fee through to payment so nothing falls through the cracks.

Members fall into two clusters. Service professionals (10% to 25% client referral fees on a $5k to $50k deal): mortgage brokers, accountants, lawyers, financial advisers, real estate agents. Dealmakers ($50k to $500k introducer fees on $5M to $50M+ deals): property developers, buyers agents, commercial brokers, site finders, JV introducers. The platform handles both.

Socii ships a Model Context Protocol server with 60+ tools. Claude users can add it as a connector today (see /claude). ChatGPT MCP support is rolling out across the OpenAI ecosystem. When connected, you can ask your AI to find contacts, draft introductions, set up agreements, and check your fee ledger from within the chat.
